OK, so this isn't Warpath, but it's still an SR game, & when Warpath hasn't been attended to by SR for years, you've got to take what you can get!
One of my more successful empires, this pwns almost ANY bot. Kind of cheating, though, due to the simplicity at winning. In due course I may make a more limitted version for more advanced gamers, but for now, this is it.

Instructions: Unzip into folder bearing its name (So "Snipers Units" goes into the "Units" folder).
Buildings zipOfficially the only empire that can beat Snipers. This is seriously cheating to use in a match because you can't lose, even if you sell all your buildings! Everything is cheap, so you simply press the button and the unit arrives. "k" (costs $1) is the miner, and at a 4second mining rate it's unstoppable. This empire literally will cause all others to be pwned.
